returns and refunds

Our Policies


Every item (other than our ready to go section) is made to your bespoke order. Due to this, we don't offer refunds or exchanges, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have chosen the correct size and customisable options. We are always understanding and will try to work with you to the best of our ability to rectify any issues. 


With any faulty product we will offer to fix your item at our full expense and send it back or send a perfect replacement. 

All items must be returned in an unworn and unwashed condition - faulty items are exempt from this. 


We currently only offer shipping to the UK. We use royal mail first class as a standard practice, we are happy to upgrade postage if it is required, simply send us an email and we'll work with you.
