What is your turnaround time? 

All our items (other than our ready to go section) are made to your order by hand. Handmade from cutting the pattern, the fabric, sewing together, finishing, pressing, packing... all handmade with love. We allow 4-6 weeks for this process, excluding postage time.


As a small family business we can't carry a large amount of stock and have to allow time for fabric orders and family life. 

We have high standards and ensure every order is made to fulfil these standards, that takes time, care and commitment. We promise... it's worth the wait! 

N.B We are currently working on a 2-3 week turnaround. 

Why are your products more expensive than high street shops?

As previously said, each item is lovingly handmade from start to finish. This is a costly and time consuming process. The main body of all our items are made from certified organic cotton, printed using eco friendly water based inks which uses very little waste ink, water or electricity. We firmly believe this is the way forward for our future little people, producing high quality fabric; unfortunately for now, it comes at a premium price.


Buying handmade products which try their best to be kind to the environment gives so much more to you than just unique products. You are supporting a small family business, you are helping reduce the impact fashion makes on the world and you are making late night working and stress all the more worthwhile. Thank you! 

what's the best way to take care of my products?

We strongly recommend washing our items on a cold and gentle / delicate setting in your machine. Use a phosphate - free detergent and air dry. Machine drying will shrink your items and the water based eco inks will fade slightly if care advice isn't followed. 

All items will have a small shrinkage on initial wash, this is accounted for in cutting of the original items. All items will be true to size after first wash and iron. 

What is your returns / exchange policy?

Every item (other than our ready to go section) is made to your bespoke order. Due to this, we don't offer refunds or exchanges, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have chosen the correct size and customisable options. We are always understanding and will try to work with you to the best of our ability to rectify any issues. 


With any faulty product we will offer to fix your item at our full expense and send it back or send a perfect replacement. 

All items must be returned in an unworn and unwashed condition - faulty items are exempt from this.
